Adam Al-Mana Niyam the governor of Al-Tina locality praised the Z.C. role in supporting poor and needy  in the locality. He added , in a meeting held at the Al-Fashir locality headquarters today that participated by political , legislative and civilleaders in the presence of Muhammad Al-Hafiz the Z.C. Trustee " Z.C. stands next to locality citizens during the security crisis that experienced by the State , and continued to provide them a considerable support '' . The governor called for the continuation of Z.C. support for Quranic schools and other programs.
For his part Z.C. Trustee reaffirmed the continuation of service programs for poor and needy in Al-Tina locality , alongside with the support for Quranic schools until play its role in reforming community behavior , expressing the hopethat peace would prevail through out the locality and the State , announcing that the future plan of Z.C. includes expanding of social service to cover all targeted groups .
In the meeting Z.C. has delivered health insurance cards to poor families which sponsored by Z.C.
